I am a stockholder and would like to know how I can find out how many shares are traded and how the company is doing on a quarterly basis. Is there somewhere I can find out this information?

1. To see the price of the latest stock trade go to Yahoo Finance and get a quote on our stock symbol (CBKW). I checked today and 12/4/07 was the last trade for $10.90. Initial stock sale price was $10.00. You can also copy and paste this link into your browser: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CBKW.OB
2. To keep tabs on how your stock is developing financially, Form 10-QSB is filed quarterly. You can find this on our website www.choicebank.com under the About tab then the Investor Relations page.
